If a subscription ends
Search stays available, read-only, for 30 days, with nothing new indexed. After that the search index is deleted, but your board choices, fields, saved queries and watchlists are kept, and choosing a plan indexes everything again.

The seats on your monday.com account. The price follows how many seats your monday.com plan has, not how many people open Advanced Search.

Who can choose or change the plan?
monday.com account admins, from Settings › Plan inside Advanced Search or from monday.com's own billing pages.
What happens when a trial or subscription ends?
For 30 days, search, CSV export and saved queries keep working, but nothing new is indexed and boards can't be added. After 30 days the search index is deleted. Your board choices, fields, saved queries and watchlists are kept, and choosing a plan indexes everything again.
Are there usage limits?
The same on every plan: up to 1,000 boards per account, and up to 1,000 saved queries and 1,000 watchlists per person. A CSV export holds up to 2,000 rows.
