By installing or using any Orbiscend application (the "Services"), including Argon, Theia, Dike, AgentGate, and Aevon Timesheets, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Orbiscend provides productivity tools for the Atlassian ecosystem:

• Argon: Jira project management and workflow enhancement
• Theia: GitHub integration for visibility and collaboration
• Dike: Code review and quality management tools with GitHub integration
• AgentGate: Supervised access for AI agents to Jira
• Aevon Timesheets: Time tracking, timesheet submission and approval, and billing review for Jira

All Services are built on Atlassian Forge and operate within the Atlassian cloud environment.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain the security of your Atlassian account credentials
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Services
• Not use the Services to transmit malicious code or interfere with other users
• Ensure you have proper authorization to connect third-party services (e.g., GitHub)

4. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Orbiscend and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.

5. Third-Party Services

Our Services integrate with third-party platforms:

• Atlassian: All Services operate within Atlassian Forge
• GitHub: Theia and Dike integrate with GitHub repositories

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORBISCEND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your use of the Services at any time by uninstalling the applications from your Atlassian instance.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
